I booked a DCAR VIP Van from Saigon to Nha Trang via WhatsApp, and the speed and professionalism of their team blew me away. I received a detailed proposal with prices within 15 minutes! The reservation operator, Mia, was fantastic. After seeing photos of the actual vehicle, I confirmed right away. Within minutes, I had a secure online credit card link for the deposit, and Rocco, the customer service manager, followed up with a final confirmation, driver details, and the license plate. The whole booking process took under 30 minutes. Our driver picked us up right on time at the Landmark 81 hotel. The van was absolutely spotless, supremely comfortable with massage chairs, and they even had the specific drinks we requested from Rocco the day before. If you need a reliable private airport transfer in Vietnam or a long-distance ride, look no further. The service was amazing, and we will 100% use them again in January 2027 for our next vacation. Rocco and Saigon Airport Limousine Service were both amazing and made our stay in Saigon truly special.

Starting with Rocco, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. He gave us a real feel for the city, with fascinating insight into Saigon’s history, culture, politics, and everyday life. He quickly understood what interested us, tailored the day around us, accommodated every request, and took us to places we never would have discovered on our own. It felt far more personal and authentic than a typical tour.

Rocco is an exceptional guide and someone we would recommend without hesitation. His knowledge, judgment, and personal attention added so much to our time in Saigon, and we genuinely feel we would not have experienced the city in the same way without him. If you are looking for a top-level private guide in Saigon, Rocco would be our first choice.

Saigon Airport Limousine Service was equally impressive. We had a beautiful Mercedes S-Class that was immaculate and exceptionally comfortable, along with an excellent driver who was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience effortless.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! I booked the full VIP package, including airport assistance and a Mercedes-Maybach transfer, and the entire experience was smooth, professional, and luxurious. Traveling through the Vietnam airport was an absolute breeze—the staff took care of everything and made the arrival process fast and stress-free.
The Maybach was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless, and the driver was professional and courteous. After a long flight, being able to relax while everything was handled for us was worth every penny. Exceptional VIP Arrival Service — Worth Every Penny 🇺🇸 ✈️ 🇻🇳 🚘

I cannot recommend Saigon Transport highly enough. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent, and the price was more than fair for the level of service I received.
After a very long international journey, their VIP arrival service made entering Vietnam completely seamless. Someone met me right at the gate, so from the moment I stepped off the plane I was never confused about where to go or what I needed to do. I was personally guided through the arrival process, made it through immigration in approximately five minutes, and had a porter ready to assist with all of my luggage before being escorted to my private transportation.
This was my first arrival in Vietnam, and I was traveling with several large suitcases, so having someone there from the moment I got off the plane made an enormous difference. Everything was organized, professional, efficient, and incredibly welcoming.
The entire experience exceeded my expectations. If you are arriving in Ho Chi Minh City—especially after a long international flight, for the first time, or with a lot of luggage—I highly recommend the VIP service with Saigon Transport. It was worth every penny and turned what could have been a stressful arrival into one of the easiest airport experiences I've ever had.
Thank you for such a wonderful welcome to Vietnam. I will absolutely use Saigon Transport again.

Very professional service, used them for airport pickup with fast track and everything was setup perfectly. Driver was there early, I was greeted at the gate and guided thru customs which took barely 10 mins all together compared to waiting 45-60 mins in line. The E class I booked was very clean, and well maintained. From a long flight in business class to an elegant e class it made the whole trip feel seamless and easy. Driver was very friendly and helpful as they made sure the Airbnb address was correct before leaving. I also used them for my drop off back to sgn for my flight to da lat and as always they showed up early patiently waiting and updating me. Lastly I booked last minute for a ride for my girlfriend in a V class and they were very accommodating, took the stress off my hand of using grab which can be unreliable. I can hands down say they are better than most US based services and I would happily use them everytime I’m in Vietnam.

Our family used Saigon Airport Limo Service for a late‑night pickup at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Saigon and it was a great experience from start to finish. After a long flight into Vietnam with two tired children, it was a huge relief to see our driver already waiting, smiling, and ready to help with the bags. The VIP van was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the ride to our hotel felt smooth and relaxed.
